If you are looking for a modular solution for attachments to the base of your ITX Cargo Case whether you're attaching fly rod holders, spacers for skis, or our Binder Straps, this kit will help. This set includes two Metal Binders and the necessary hardware to attach. This kit does not include the Binder Strap shown in the image.
